Partnership projects and associate work

Real Time Education has a proven record of extensive collaboration with partner organisations across the FE and Skills sector as well as developed associate relationships with other outstanding organisations in vocational and work-based training.

Over the past five years our collaborations have included work with:

  • CC Consultancy: Education and Training Foundation (ETF) projects including OTLA action research and Digital Lead work on Essential Digital Skills and Shaping Success programmes. Work has included curriculum design, professional learning webinar and conference facilitation, digital skills mentoring and mentoring of practitioner action research teams.

  • touchconsulting: Education and Training Foundation (ETF) projects including the #APConnect and #StudyGood programmes. Work has included curriculum design, VLE design, webinar and national conference facilitation and mentoring and support of Advanced Practitioners.

  • Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association (HWGTA): curriculum design and facilitation of programmes for the Ofsted Grade One provider. Work has included programmes for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Diploma in Leadership and Management at Levels 3 and 5 and the BTEC Award in Education and Training. 1-day, bespoke Social Media Presence, Data Security, MS Office suite Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced sessions, Coaching, Mentoring and Change Management courses for leaders and managers have also been designed and facilitated.

  • University of Brighton: mentoring provision for trainee teachers moving from work in the Armed Forces into Further Education as part of ETF’s Further Forces programme. Creation of video-based training resources for mentors on online and telephone mentoring and digital skills and pedagogy development has also been undertaken.
